It’s center of gravity is a bit high for a soprano saxophone. It makes it a bit tippy. But it’s very sturdy. And it’s not too large when put away. I like the peg. I’m thinking that the peg, mounted on a larger Hercules stand, for say an Alto or Tenor sax might be a lot more stable. For now it meets my needs, and I like it. Also, the height of the cone on the support rod can be moved higher, or lower, depending on your preference. I just think that slightly longer legs might make the stand more stable. And that’s my only real issue with the stand. But I like it quite a bit as it is.Good, fast delivery from the seller.
